BFPA team in training of trainers in healthy lifestyle project for PLHIV

Each organization was represented by one PLHIV health expert, two fitness instructors and one project manager. On behalf of BFPA representatives were Milen Chavrov – PLHIV health expert, Antonia Georgieva and Georgi Tsvetkov – fitness instructors/rehabilitators, and Boyan Mladenov – Project Manager. Fitness instructors from the leading project partner from Italy – ANLAIDS Lombardia, demonstrated exercises suitable for PLHIV in a mediocre physical shape, as well as exercises for the more advanced. Host of the meeting was the Romanian partner – CEPRO –  residing in Timiisoara.
The next stage of the project is for each organization to recruit and train up to ten instructors on national level, who in turn will reach PLHIV groups.
