30 Years Family Planning

Bulgarian Association for Family Planning and Reproductive Health is celebrating its 30th anniversary. During this period, nationally, the organization had 120,000 clients of medical services in the field of reproductive health and carried out over 320,000 gynecological and contraceptive consultations. This was announced by Stara Zagora coordinator Assoc. Boryana Parashkevova in the health program of Radio Stara Zagora “The Hour of Hippocrates”. She added that over the past 30 years, more than 36,000 consultations and tests for HIV, hepatitis B and C, chlamydia, syphilis and other sexually transmitted infections have been carried out.
