Learning Action Partnership with its Next Steps
Among the discussed topics were the contribution on Lanzarote Convention concerning the questionnaire of the second monitoring circle, prevention of violence against women and children and domestic violence and The Algorithm on Prevention of Sexual Exploitation of Young People Under Residential Care, developed in the frame of one of the working groups of the Partnership. Manuals useful for professionals working on prevention of sexual violence and sexual exploitation were presented. The group also discussed on its next steps in several different directions: pilot work with students; unified terminology and shared indicators for change; partnerships with similar values networks in The Balkans and Western Europe; identifying long term and sustainable media partnerships.
LAP is a network for exchanging ideas and is working for prevention of sexual exploitation amd violence against children. It unites people and institutions interested in and having experience in activities preventing violence. The group is a part of the project of Bulgarian Family Planning and Sexual Health Association ‘The Art to Inform’, financed by OAK Foundation.
