Work focusing at: a survey in hospitals and other stakeholders on the way in which Decree 17 of January 31, 2007 on determining the conditions and procedure for spending earmarked funds for diagnostics and treatment in medical institutions for hospital care of persons who do not have income and/or personal property that would ensure their personal participation in the health insurance process functions (Last amended by State Gazette No. 79 of October 3, 2017)
Target groups: hospitals; health mediators; social workers
The project aims to:
Improve knowledge and increase awareness of vulnerable people in 5 municipalities about the existing opportunity under the current order of Decree 17;
Initiate a discussion on changing Decree 17, based on recommendations from an in-depth study.
