Children Give Birth to Children: The Youngest Grandmother in our Country is 28 Years Old

“Family planning is about having as many children as you want and having them when you want them. There is a tendency to delay the birth of the first child. Marriages and births under the age of 18 are considered childish. Why is this happening? Lack of other perspectives,” says Dr. Radosveta Stamenkova from the Bulgarian Family Planning and Sexual Health Association.
